Welltrough Hall Farm
Welltrough Hall Farm is situated just outside the village of Lower Withington in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The site offers peace and quiet with stunning views overlooking our 270 acre farm and beyond. We are an adult only site with dogs allowed providing they are kept on a lead. There are 3 glamping pods, Alpaca, Badger, Owl with their own toilets and showers as well as a kitchen and double bed,all have their own electric heated hot tubs. We also have a Shepherd’s hut which contains a large kitchen area as well as a double bed and its own toilet and shower, as well as an electric heated hot tub.
The woodland hut...built to the highest possible standard to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be,this hut is situated in a most secluded spot overlooking one of our beautiful woods,inside you will find an ensuite toilet and shower,a large kitchen area which is fully equipped with all the plate,pans,cups you will need,dont worry about washing up as a dishwasher is fitted! Cooking facilities are provided with a microwave,airfryer and electric hot plate,fridge toaster and kettle also included.Outside is an electric heated hot tub situated on a large decking as well as a wooden picnic table all overlooking a woodland scene.
We have a well stocked information shed which also contains a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Free Wifi is available in each pod/hut. We have a 3km mown grass walk around the farm with numerous waste bins for dog walkers to use and a free warm dog shower is provided for cleaning those mucky paws when back at the site! There is also a public footpath that runs through the far field on the farm as well as numerous walks in the area. There is the Red Lion Pub within a short walk, providing good food and drinks. Dogs are welcome in the front village bar area. Our site is well positioned for easy reach to local shops, banks and eating out with Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Alderley Edge, all a short drive away. Other places to visit include Jodrell Bank Telescope(Blue Dot Festival), Capesthorne Hall (Rewind Festival), Tatton Park (RHS Flower Show), Redesmere Lake, Little Moreton Hall, Arley Hall and gardens plus much more!
